Ok so the icon doesn't show what the real weather is like here! But it is warmer than usual!

I have made it safely and am having a wonderful time. Russ cut his hair!! He looks great. Still has the bushy beard, of course he would.. it keeps him warm! As we were coming into the house last night he pointed out the direction to the out house.. :-) "But if you just have to pee you can go over there.." :-) So sure enough in the middle of the night I got up and put on my jacket and boots, I was already wearing my boxers.. :-) and stood out in the snow in single digit temperatures to do my deed..

We went for a nice walk today.. The trails are hard packed so its like walking on a big sidewalk.. We thought we might see some dogs being raced but we must have missed them.. Oh!! But I did see a Moose last night as we were driving home..

I'm at the college right now typing this.. Outside they are finishing up a beautiful ice archway.. Its in rememberance of the Texas A&M University tragedy. In fact they are etching the names of everybody who died on the sculpture.

We are going to go shopping now to get supplies for tomorows hike to the hot springs.. We will be sledding most of the way.. :-) I pointed out that we won't be able to steer the sleds and Russ said that the trail is grooved so it should be like a bob sled run!! I think I will bring my bike helmet..

I don't know when the next time I will be able to log in so it might be when I get back that you get the rest of my report... :-)
